Private market office investments are focused in the U.S. and Canada (debt only). Traditionally, US Finance has focused on investment in Class A or B+ office buildings in central business districts and suburban locations in major markets. The Firm prefers to invest in markets with barriers to entry or those evidencing rotational opportunities when appropriate.
